Saint David's Carenow Buda

Took my son there in May. He checked in, then we decided to go elsewhere and he was NEVER seen. I have gotten a bill every month for services he never got because he was never seen. I’ve called billing and each month they tell me to disregard the bill. They have now sent it to collections and I’m having to deal with this crap because of CareNow Buda processing services that they never gave! Billing when a service was never rendered is fraud, and CareNow Buda has done just that.

I got in line online at 12:30pm, it was reaching 3 pm and I had not received a call. I went ahead and called and she said to come on in. So I then get a text at the same time saying the room was ready. When I get there the room was not ready... 45 min later I got another text saying the room was ready to come on in. I let the receptionist know and she said the room was not ready. After an HOUR of me being there just to get a rapid test that takes no longer than 5 minutes to complete, I decided to leave. Unbelievable.

I called to ensure I could get a rapid test. I had to wait an hour to get an available time slot. I arrived at my time slot and had to wait another 20 mins. The nurse or medical assistant was the most rude, unprofessional person ever. After I'd already wasted an hour and a half of my time, she told me I couldn't get a rapid test. I explained that was why I called and asked first or I would've went elsewhere. She said she told me that on the phone, which she didn't or I wouldn't have been there. She then refused to take my vitals or help me and stormed out of the room. She proceeded to loudly complain about me from the other side of the door, which I find extremely unacceptable. Everyone in the office could hear this. I had to wait even longer for another nurse to come assist me. This nurse agreed to do the rapid test, therefore the first one could have as well. I would absolutely not recommend this urgent care to anyone. I tried multiple times to follow up with the manager about my experience, yet she was never available.
