I bought all of our windows for our new house from Texan Windows. From the beginning of the process Elena was extremely helpful, informative, and not to mention patient. I had many questions and she helped me understand the ins and outs of windows. The installation crew was also great. We have a metal barn, which is not their typical install and it posed a few issues compared to a stick frame house. However they were able to install the windows and they look great! A few months ago a spring fell out of my kitchen window and I had no idea how to repair it. This past Saturday I went to our local Facebook page and ask the community who could help.
The owner, Eric, of Texan Windows replied ask me a few questions, i provided what information i could and said he'll look to see what he can do.
Monday, I get an email from Julie co-owner of Texan Windows asking me some follow-up information so I called her, gave her what I could and she then said something you never hear any more..
