Kacey cut my hair yesterday and was exactly what I've been looking for. I've been back in Austin for 7 years and have been in search of a stylist with the skills and personality for me. Kacey listened carefully to my concerns about my prior haircut and made appropriate adjustments to give me exactly the cut I wanted. She used different techniques and with MUCH greater attention to detail than I was accustomed to. I washed my hair this morning and it was easy to get it exactly like I wanted it. Kacey was also very warm and personable. I will be a regular with her.
The wait list is ridiculous! I understand you are busy, but so are your clients. 30 minutes after the original time and the wait list has been on 4 minutes for over ten minutes; do better!Service: Haircut
Friendly service and the wait times usually are not too long. Make sure to check in online before you go. You'll get in line virtually and know how long the wait is. I recommend the double MVP. Treat yo self!
