I have never seen a more unhelpful receptionist at a medical facility in my life as the one working at the Buda facility today. As elderly people in our 70s, we were very dissatisfied with the requirement that we must be able to put drivers license and health care insurance information into a computer program. After sitting in the waiting area for 10 minutes, trying to use my phone to put my cards into their website, my husband and I told her we were unable to put our information into the site. So we would have to go somewhere else to be seen. She said, "okay". We won't be using this urgent care facility again.

Jose was awesome. I came in bleeding and he was able to help me get my problem resolved z he was attentive and very knowledgeable. Always gave me advise on how to care for it after.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Jessica at the front has the worst attitude for someone in that position to "greet people". We left to go elsewhere because it was so terrible.
