Ja-Mar replaced our roof 10 years ago after hail damage. We had a good experience then, so it seemed natural to go with them after the May 28 hail storm and damage this year. They did full roof replacement along with new overhead door and gutters/downspouts replacement, directly off the original insurance adjuster estimate with no supplements or changes. We (and neighbors) were amazed that they did the roof in one long day, starting at 6a. Victor Vasquez was particularly helpful and thorough that day, and subsequent follow-up. The Jamar gutter people, and the only subcontractor, Garage Door Solutions from Pflugerville, were also great.
Although I did not end up using Ja Mar roofing for my commercial job, I am confident in their business and their professionalism. I worked with Jeff Huggins for my sales rep and his service was top-notch. His quote was competitive and he was able to navigate all of the intricacies of my project flawlessly. My ultimate decision to use another company was mostly political and completely out of their control. I would gladly work with them on any roofing project in the future. Thank you Jeff!!
I can honestly say that Ja Mar roofing goes way beyond what I would call an incredible roofing company. It's not just the quality of their work but they're incredible reliability many years after the work has been performed. 9 years after the initial roof install they were kind enough to work with my insurance company to to help me negotiate a more reasonable rate due to the quality of the roof that they put in. If I could give them six stars I would.
