Ja-Mar replaced our roof 10 years ago after hail damage. We had a good experience then, so it seemed natural to go with them after the May 28 hail storm and damage this year. They did full roof replacement along with new overhead door and gutters/downspouts replacement, directly off the original insurance adjuster estimate with no supplements or changes. We (and neighbors) were amazed that they did the roof in one long day, starting at 6a. Victor Vasquez was particularly helpful and thorough that day, and subsequent follow-up. The Jamar gutter people, and the only subcontractor, Garage Door Solutions from Pflugerville, were also great.

Insurance denied 2x but Chuck got full replacement of roof for house and shop

My house sustained quite a bit of damage from a storm earlier this year. I contacted Ja-Mar to replace the roof and gutters and met with Ken Kelley. Ken was amazing to work with! He coordinated all repairs with my insurance and other contractors and kept me informed of what was going on.
