Ja-Mar replaced our roof 10 years ago after hail damage. We had a good experience then, so it seemed natural to go with them after the May 28 hail storm and damage this year. They did full roof replacement along with new overhead door and gutters/downspouts replacement, directly off the original insurance adjuster estimate with no supplements or changes. We (and neighbors) were amazed that they did the roof in one long day, starting at 6a. Victor Vasquez was particularly helpful and thorough that day, and subsequent follow-up. The Jamar gutter people, and the only subcontractor, Garage Door Solutions from Pflugerville, were also great.
The last snow and ice storm created a leak on our roof. Brian with Ja-Mar came to our home and provided an estimate of the work which we found to be quite reasonable. David followed up regarding the service as well. The repairs were accomplished on time and exceeded our expectations. I will certainly continue to use Ja-Mar and their employee Brian was super to work with. I would be pleased to offer a referral to others in Onion Creek or Austin.
My wife and I are extremely happy with our new roof from Ja-Mar Roofing. Ken came out to look at our old roof and prepared the estimate. He was very thorough in explaining the process, and made me feel confident with the choices that I made. Ja-Mar has been in business for over 50 years, and has earned top certifications from their suppliers which allows them to offer the best warranties in the industry. Once the work started, the whole process went very smoothly. We only had a delay of one day, and I blame myself for that because I changed the color of the shingles.
