We are extremely pleased with the work done by Iliana! Our original deck had been improperly installed, so it was rotting out underneath, including the bottoms of the 8x8 posts holding up the pergola. Iliana's crews did a complete demo of the deck, then replaced the deck and those posts - leaving a lovely, solid deck and pergola. The work was very professional throughout, and the work area was always very clean with very little debris. Luwin was the lead for the demo and rebuild, and he did a fantastic job. The paint crew sealed and repainted our concrete deck, then did a very nice job painting the new deck and the pergola. This was all done for a very fair price, and there was consistent communication between Mr. Castillo and us - no surprises. We strongly recommend Iliana Painting and Remodeling!

We heard of Iliana's Painting from Home Depot and I was encouraged by the positive reviews I saw online. We had purchased a new back door which needed to be painted. I spoke to Roland on the phone and texted him a photo of the door afterwards, and within a few minutes, he had a great quote for me. The communication was good and when there was a last minute change in the schedule, he sent his best painter over the next day who did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Roland and his team, and we're planning to use them again for some work we need to get done in our master bathroom. Thank you, Roland and team!
