To say I was a reluctant patient would be an extreme understatement!My husband has been a patient of Dr.Cervantes for 2 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else! He has consistently recommended her with highest praise.Yesterday, I went with him to his appointment and experienced first hand her professionalism, skill and caring!Long story short, completely unexpected, right then and there, I was her next patient!After all my foot dragging, she put me at ease. Her nurse, seeing how nervous I was, sat right down beside me and did my paper work (I should say computer work, which I had messed up twice), and she did the whole thing for me! ? I was called back a few minutes early, was given clear instruction on what was happening and explanation throughout. I had the privilege of working with Kristen Gabbard FNP-C and a student and nurse with her. She was very quick, empathetic, and gentle during the whole process.
