I rarely write reviews for companies even when I am really happy with my experience, but I'm moved to write one for W.B. Arthur. Everyone I spoke with from the company was great, but I especially want to highlight Lindsey. I had a water heater leak that required mitigation and restoration construction work. It was a delicate situation for me because my insurance didn't cover the damage. Lindsey was compassionate, understanding and professional. She was an excellent communicator and devoted a lot of careful attention into coordinating the work that had to be done in order to fit my budget. WB Arthur is a great company, they are very professional and provide great customer service to help navigate through what could be a very stressful time. Their customer service is top notch and Julia is the best, she takes care of every little detail, you cannot go wrong with this company!!!
Manny, Eric, and Robson did a great job of taking care of two places where we had water damage in our ceiling. They clearly communicated with me about everything they were doing and what they found, explaining the best course of action to ensure that any mold would be eliminated. They were careful to minimize dust as they removed only as much sheetrock as necessary and covered our furniture. All in all, they were a pleasure to work with as they smoothly moved our house back to rights. Lindsey and Kristina in the office explained the whole process and provided all the information I needed. Kudos to everyone at W.B. Arthur for a job well done.
