After almost 8 years, they're way overdue for a rave review.We've been using BFS Home Warranty for 7-8 years now - and it's not only been worth every ***** - they've ALWAYS gone "above and beyond" in the way they do business. 1 - They respond immediately (I can't remember when they have ever took longer than a couple of hours to get back to ** - even on the hottest day of a holiday weekend 2 - Quality - some problems - they look at and try t fix and just decide to replace a part or even the whole unit.
