I had noticed that my water consumption had quadrupled. Austex was available within a week. On the day of I called to confirm and when the call dropped they called me right back. The technician, Chris, also called to give me a reminder and was right on time. He was super friendly and was able to figure out that the problem was with one of the lines and with the controller.Highly recommend Austex, I'll be using them again for sure for any future irrigation issues or work.Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

Cant say enough about this company! Installed my sprinkler system in a day and a half on a half acre and everything went smoothly! A few sprinkler heads had some issues and they came out within a few days and replaced them free of charge. Also had a few issues with some of the trenches that had caved in due to the hot summer exposing some irrigation lines. Phil the owner was quick to respond and within a week out here and not only filled in the caved in trenches but also filled a few low spots with the extra dirt. The exceptional level of customer service provided by this company has left me impressed!

Austin Sprinklers was the lowest bidder. They didn't require to inspect my irrigation system for $200 like other companies. They were quick and easy to work with from estimate, to scheduling, to change orders and dates, to installation. They did excellent work except that they buried flags and old irrigation equipment where they installed our new irrigation zone. They could have used the trash can that was in the backyard with them. No matter, I consider them my go to irrigation company now.
