Ryan who did the inspection, identified the invasive species as Carpenter ants and was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He made the effort to get someone scheduled for the next day.
Griffin who came to apply the treatments, was able to clearly explain what was being used & assure me it wouldn't harm household (or neighborhood) pets or birds. He was patient & thorough in completing the job. I began to see improvement by the next day!
