I replaced my windows and wanted new door window inserts to match the tint and style (no panes). After having obtained two estimates, my remodeling contractor suggested talking to Weatherford. Their prices were far superior to the other two. Their independent salesman, Kyle, was friendly and had the measurements in a few minutes. The independent installer, Jeff, was fantastic. Jeff was friendly and very hard working, installed the inserts, caulked, cleaned-up the area, removed the sticker tags and even cleaned the windows. I cannot say enough good things about them and especially Carolyn Hill. She was able to recommend someone to come and take the proper measurements to assure the door would fit since I am replacing a standard builder door on a newly built home.There was a miscommunication on the type of glass and Ms. Carolyn made it right the very next day. I am very pleased with the service and would recommend this company to anyone!
