We joined the online waiting list to maximize our time and when my husband & son arrived at the salon they were told they needed to wait 40 more minutes. This is exactly what we were trying to avoid.

Went on 12/21/25 around 5pm. Didn't catch the young lady's name who helped me out but I'm really grateful to her. Had just come from a barbershop who gave me a bad cut. Explained my situation and asked if she could help me out. She fixed me up and gave me the haircut I was looking for in the beginning. Will definitely be coming back thanks to the great customer service.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Great Clips Tejas Studio, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hair salon experiences I've ever had!
From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting and stylish and immediately set the tone for a great visit. The receptionist greeted me warmly and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. Pro tip: always sign in online for a smaller wait time.
