Gilmore Electric Express has been a life saver. Both Zack and his coworker came out and instantly found my electrical problem. I tried trouble shooting it myself and was just stumped; could not figure it out. They showed me where the problem was originating from and explained in detail the solution. Their mannerism, professionalism, knowledge and approachable demeanor made this rescue mission a pleasant experience. From the sweet lady who took my call and made the appointment for them to come out, all the way to Gilmore staff coming out and fixing my electrical problem; I am a very satisfied costumer. Even the cost/service charge and all that goes with it can not be beat!...read full review

We're looking to purchase a Tesla so we brought gilmore out to price installing a charger. they gave us multiple options and the pros and cons of each without pressure to do any of them in particular. Good experience.

We were impressed with the service the last time but the bathroom fan that we asked to be fixed broke a week after the service. I've also tried to call them at least 10 times today and the phone never actually rings. It only says "This call may me monitored and recorded" but nothing after that. I have an emergency and I purchased the extra plan for occasions such as this but now it is worth nothing.(Edited) Immediately after writing the previous review I got a call from the office and they were able to pull some strings for us on a Friday afternoon. I greatly appreciate this and I completely amend my review. Thanks for your help.
