Fantastic experience! I was talking another shop about doing a small, minimalist piece in my forearm. The guy seems bothered, uninterested and quoted a price 50% higher than Arsenal. Mr Cliff took me as a walk-in and treated me and my idea very graciously. He was personable and professional, and the shop was immaculate. It was a really great experience. Thank you Arsenal!

Don’t go anywhere else! The atmosphere, customer service, and quality of work are all top tier. Scott was my artist and did an outstanding job. From the moment I walked in and got my consult done, to the moment he cleaned me up and I got them paid out, they make you feel like family throughout the entire process. Cliff runs a great place. Would give 10/10 stars if I could!
