Brad and Sheri Wells have helped my family buy and sell properties in the Brownwood area. Most recently I have a house on the market and have worked with Sheri to make the most of it, with photos, video, an open house and multiple showings. After receiving an offer, Sheri helped me make tough decisions on how to proceed. She made sure I was happy with my decisions and the reasons she gave the advice she did. We will be selling another house at the end of the year, and she is already giving me great advice on how to get it ready! Amazing realtor team!! Brad was with me from beginning to end as I bought my first home. He is extremely friendly, communicative, punctual, and is willing to help out to ensure the process goes smoothly. I couldn't have asked for anyone better to help me through the process. From beginning offer to the final closing I felt like I was doing it with someone who genuinely cared about me and the home I'm going to be living in.
