Great Clips

Our little neighbor needed a haircut and we brought him down to Great Clips in Brownwood. We came in with a picture and KEN took a look and seemed to know just what we wanted! I would give him 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ He was friendly, kind, and most important the cut was EXACTLY we asked for! Wish all cuts turned out this great! Thank you KEN.

The haircut was good, but I find the price a little much for this area. I do not like having to check in with my phone. Every time I try to check in, it says that they are ready. So unless you're sitting in the parking lot, it's worthless.

I have always gone here....since the day they opened and have never had a problem.....until today. Two ladies working, one (the one that did my hair) was kind and patient, the other(an older lady) did not listen to my son-in-law about the cut he wanted, so she gave him the cut she wanted. The older was unfriendly and seemed bothered to do her job. It is unfortunate, but I probably will not return. All of the good stylists have left or been fired. The people there now are rude and do not listen.
