Own up to mistake and make it right. You said we would get a purple spray for the funeral after you brought maroon. You just said you would bring a replacement in time for the funeral then ghosted us. Not the way to build a client base. Be true to your word and reply to the concerns on your sight not just the satisfied. Acknowledging only the satisfied is a short sided management approach.
