Called to get the back flow for my business tested, Justin at black plumbing called me back super fast and was out here the next day, early might I add. He got it tested for me, and paperwork done faster then I expected and got me taken care of. As always black plumbing always gets it done fast and Perfect. will always call them for all my needs.
My heater had stopped working right when we got a cold snap, the house was freezing. I called these guys because they were open 24hrs. They dispatched someone within minutes. Jereny arrived very quickly, he was very professional, prepared, and he explained what he was doing. He solved the problems (yes multiple issues) quickly and got the heater working again and saved us from a very cold night! If I ever have an issue again these guys are the ones I’m calling. Also, they didn’t break the bank.
These guys came out next morning after calling to request service. Eric and his partner came in, introduced themselves and were in and out. They explained everything they did and showed that our drains were draining great again.Very professional and knowledgeable.
