Had a great experience bringing my dog, Marlboro, here for grooming. The staff was friendly, professional, and took really good care of him. Marlboro came back looking clean, happy, and well groomed. You can tell they care about the pets they work with. I’m very happy with the service and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a trustworthy groomer for their dogs.
On the phone I was told the service would be about $35, but once I had made the appointment and went in person it was 45 with tax. My dog wouldn’t let them cut her nails, which would be fine if they didn’t still charge us full price since it was included in the service. Overall respectful staff and decent service, but would probably try a different place next time.
I’ve taken my dog to several places since moving to Brownsville. No one compares to waggin tails. The personnel is caring and understanding and so very patient. Milo always looks so handsome when I pick him up. The prices are very reasonable too. Very professional!!
