First time going to Ulta Beauty for a haircut, and I brought my mom with me to get one too. My mom had a bad haircut experience somewhere else before, so she was nervous about trying a new place. From the moment I came in the store I was greeted from a nice young man who introduced me to Kim. She was so nice polite and was very professional. She assisted me in finding the products I was looking for, she made sure I had the exact products I was looking for and even sat me down on one of the chairs and applied the make up and concealer so I could see it for myself and she made sure that I was happy with the results. She made me feel so very comfortable and made sure that I was satisfied with what I was going to. Purchase. I had a great experience at this Ulta. I was having issues with a product and I first went to the Ulta in Harlingen. They were pretty rude and did not help me. I then spoke to Manny at this location and they were very kind and helpful. I would also like to express my appreciation to Lorena as well and she was also very kind and patient. I will be making the drive over here now instead of Harlingen
