First time going to Ulta Beauty for a haircut, and I brought my mom with me to get one too. My mom had a bad haircut experience somewhere else before, so she was nervous about trying a new place. Our stylist, Juany M., immediately made both of us feel comfortable and reassured us that we were in good hands and…… she was absolutely right!
She did an amazing job on my mom’s hair, giving her exactly what she wanted, a trim on the ends with some face framing. She also gave me really helpful advice about my hair and what kind of cut would make it look and feel healthier. From the moment I came in the store I was greeted from a nice young man who introduced me to Kim. She was so nice polite and was very professional. She assisted me in finding the products I was looking for, she made sure I had the exact products I was looking for and even sat me down on one of the chairs and applied the make up and concealer so I could see it for myself and she made sure that I was happy with the results. She made me feel so very comfortable and made sure that I was satisfied with what I was going to. Purchase. I had a great experience at this Ulta. I was having issues with a product and I first went to the Ulta in Harlingen. They were pretty rude and did not help me. I then spoke to Manny at this location and they were very kind and helpful. I would also like to express my appreciation to Lorena as well and she was also very kind and patient. I will be making the drive over here now instead of Harlingen
