Main sewer line was backed up. Torres dug up the area, tried to unclog but was unable to do so. He proceeded to tell me the whole line needed to be replaced to the alley in a diagonal line. Although he did not unclog, he charged me $200. I decided to get a second opinion. The plumber, Mario used a powerful tool, unclogged and repaired. The mainline ran in a straight direction not diagonally.Service: Pipe repair

Extremely poor customer service. Said I would get a call back the next day. They never called back. I had to call only to be told they could not help me until tomorrow. I found someone else
