Excellent customer service. Found them on Angie's list. Response was quick. I went for a new A/c installation and within 24 hours the job was completed seamlessly. Robert and Mario were very helpful and communicated effectively. Will recommend them to anyone needing their services.
Team was very communicative throughout the whole process and worked day and night to get my install complete.The guys cleaned up after as well and made sure everything was running good before they left for the night.Great team !
I first dealt with Mario of Lone Star in arranging for the AC annual maintenance. Marion was very courteous and professional.Then Robert came over to do the maintenance. Robert explained what was going to be done and kept me updated throughout the process. He is an outstanding professional.All in all, a very pleasant experience.Am discussing with Texas Lone Star about the next job.
