You can choose a specific girl to cut your hair or any that's first available through the app. The app makes it very convenient to check in before you arrive. The estimated wait time is fairly accurate. All the stylists are friendly and accommodating with kids.

It was a hair cut. How do you rate a haircut at 61 years old. Too expensive for the small amount and style of hair I have took 11 minutes. $22 bucks...barber gal was chatty as they want a tip .. auto tipping starts at 7$. 10percent is what is recommended for a haircutter. Stylist maybe more. I will be back though as the wait time was 0. Nice!! Thanks

Great haircut friendly staff. My son called to make an appt and they said they only did walk-ins. When we arrived several people were asked about their appointment times. Overall great experience
