Worst dr ever. They have all their elderly patients standing outside their offices. Not once did the employees come outside the drs office and offer the elderly patients a chair or bench. Their staff is horrible at running the office.

Do NOT make the mistake of becoming a patient at the disgraceful office.He shouldn’t be practicing, the way he treats his patients, is despicable. They over schedule everyone at the same time and don’t care if he makes patients wait over 6 hours. They don’t say anything and just wait because they are in pain.I have seen firsthand, when a new patient comes in they see them in between patients so they will get a good impression, but little do they know when they follow up or become a patient they will do the same to them.They always have the same excuse of “It’s because he’s only here on Tuesdays” why is that the patients issue? “Doctor “ only wants to charge their Medicare and doesn’t care of his patients care.Not to mention the front desk ladies are incompetent and look so unprofessional with those horrifying contacts! Terrible place,they don’t even have chairs for their patients, we have seen patients haul their lawn chairs and 90% of them are elderly. I would give them zero stars. Incompetent place

This Dr Rashid has no consideration for his patients or his staff he is very arrogant over booking appointments patients waiting for hours for treatment. I have addressed my concerns with the Dr directly and there has been no changes leaving me to believe he could care less about the options of his patients. I don't recommend this Dr's office.

Once again doctor is at least two hours late. People with health and pain issues forced to stand while waiting. Worst clinic and service ever I can’t believe this place is still in service. They should be closed down and investigated. Any reviews giving more than 1 stars either got paid or lied. I would give ZERO stars if possible.

Honestly the worst run office I have ever experienced. During the approx 15 months I went to this doctor I and everyone else waited up to 4 hours at the office. Imagine 12-20 patients many elderly more than half waiting in lobby sitting on the floor due to the fact that the waiting room only has 6 chairs. Furthermore the procedure beds are homemade from 2×4's and plywood. They give patients spinal injections in subpar 3rd world conditions. They claim to give sedation before procedure, however I caught them on several occasions lying to the doctor about foing so. The staff is horrible at starting an IV and never even flush the line with saline. They fish around for a vein often blowing it out and all for nought. When they finally get the IV right no meds are given thus no flushing of line. I brought this to the attention of the Dr. and staff. Nothing changed. I was tortured and I was paying for it. My heart goes out to the elderly and those too afraid to advocate for themselves. Please investigate this practice. I will testify and swear on the Holy Bible.

I had the worst experience with this office. I explained to them that I have multiple brain injuries and that I am hard of hearing. The office staff continued to talk too fast and walk away each time without repeating what they said. The nurse did the same and so, I explained how important it is that I know what is going on with my procedures. Meanwhile, they ask that you fill out a packet of questions, about 20 pages, but don't allow you to read the packet as they continue to rush you and ask other questions. I told them that I have a problem with this. The appointment went fast, but I didn't completely understand. After the appointment, they wanted me to do more paperwork, and again, they wouldn't communicate directly. Another patient was experiencing the same thing and complained just the same. On my next appointment, I get there and find that they canceled my appointment without telling me. They wouldn't give me the necessary paperwork for the V.A. either. I asked to talk to a supervisor and spoke with Vanessa in McAllen, but nothing came of it. I wasn't called or rescheduled. I'm tired of the V.A. giving me such low rated care givers.
