He cuts hair well, not extraordinary. Average barber shop. 2 time and place needs improvement.He doesn't know how to cut hair using scissors and he said it, he said he's only good with the machine. That part is correct.He says he has so many years of experience but he can't cut using scissors.. where are those years of.experience?
