Exceptionally quick turnaround (next day for my last visit) at incredible value! I will be bringing clothing with me every time I visit Brownsville. Each of the store representatives that helped me were so kind & knowledgeable. Great customer service, more businesses need service like this one!
Three stars for a very particular reason. Normally excellent service and turnaround times. However, I have noticed that two of my shirts have had buttons broken in the exact same place. Then when I took one of them back to be cleaned I asked for the button to be replaced. It was tagged, but not replaced.
Revised! Five stars now. Excellent service, and quick turnaround times. They rectified the problem with the shirt and made it right.
