Dropped by the Jiffy Lube this afternoon and it was actually a breeze. I usually brace myself for a long wait or a high-pressure sales pitch but today was just straightforward and easy. The crew was attentive to my vehicle needs right away and offered refreshments and other amenities while me and my wife waited to be seen.
