Very inconsiderate & irresponsible! The arrangement I bought for the man I consider my dad, never made it's way to his chapel. I called the florist if she had made the arrangement and she said she delivered it at 9am today. Unfortunately no one from the staff bothered to take 5 min of their time to take it to him. However they had time and were too busy decorating their Christmas tree. If the florist had not called the funeral, the arrangement would still be there in their storage! So at 1:35 they take it out, but everyone had left to their car awaiting to go to the church. Very disrespectful on their part! Now I'm having regrets because I paid to have my service with them! What a disappointment!
