While I have enjoyed each provider that I have seen I must say that the customer service is lacking. I asked for a referral and was told I had to be seen in order to get one. I made my appointment and was seen and it’s been two and a half weeks and nobody has any information on my referral. Apparently there isn’t anything about my referral aside from I requested it on file. I call and they don’t ever call you back. I spoke to someone today and it feels like you waste your time expressing your concerns. I have called about prior authorizations and nobody knows the status of anything. Dr. Cynthia Roblas is a wonderful family doctor. She’s caring, attentive, and always takes the time to listen and explain things clearly. Her staff is always friendly and welcoming, which makes each visit feel comfortable. The wait time is never bad, and the whole office runs smoothly and professionally. I truly feel like I’m in good hands with Dr. Roblas and her team. Highly recommend!
The doctor took her time with me discuss something I didn’t understand. Recommended what I should do. She helped me get my blood pressure, diabetes, and cholesterol under control.
