If I could give 0 starts I would I travel a lot because of my husbands job and I started going to the gym a whole week never had a problem then the second week I am told by the lady in child care I have to go speak to someone in the front I can’t leave my child in childcare because I need to make this gym my home gym which could take up to a week all these different franchises and owners get your shit together I don’t pay a $40 member fee every month for nothing I pay it so I can attend gyms all over at my convenience maybe me more specific when selling memberships and have these policies on the dam doors of the gym so everyone is aware I wasn’t the only person upset a few had the same problem or other problems I saw so many people upset at the front desk I am canceling my membership due to all the poor customer service and change of rules

I would like too ask for extra babysitters, im disliking having your daycare full by 8:30am. Its not fair we are paying for daycare and classes and we have to wait, also some moms take 3-4 kids which they get full capicity on daycare and makes it unfair for the ones that have 1 or 2 kids. So they need to add someone atleast for the summer. Hopefully they doo

I have been a member of Crunch Fitness for quite some time, and it is disappointing to see how much the gym has declined.

It feels like the focus has shifted from providing a quality experience for members to maximizing profits. Membership prices have increased, yet the overall condition of the facility and equipment has noticeably worsened. The leg extension machine has been out of service for well over a month, and the only other option has torn rollers that make it uncomfortable to use. The hip thrust machine has also been out of service for an extended period, and the fly machine is constantly becoming unusable because the bands repeatedly come loose and are not properly maintained. Many of the cable machine pulleys are frequently out of order, most cable attachments are ripped or falling apart, the rope attachments are in poor condition and should be replaced, carabiners are consistently missing. Even basic cable handles are difficult to find, and there is currently not a single matching pair of
D-handles in the entire gym for basic cable exercises which is extremely frustrating.
If attachments go missing, they should have some available to check out at the front desk to prevent this from happening more often.

Beyond the equipment issues, there are other signs that standards have slipped. There have not been water bottles available for purchase for quite some time, which is unacceptable. Paper towel dispensers often do not work properly, and the quality of the paper towels themselves has noticeably declined. The cleanliness of the gym, restrooms, and locker rooms is not what it used to be, and group fitness classes seem to be canceled more often than before.

What is most frustrating is that many of these issues have been ongoing for months with little visible effort to address them. Equally concerning is the way management responds to member feedback. After reading many of the negative reviews, I noticed that several responses come across as defensive, passive-aggressive, and dismissive rather than acknowledging legitimate concerns and taking accountability. Members are not leaving feedback because they want to complain, they are pointing out real issues because they care about the gym and want to see it improve.

At the end of the day, members are being asked to pay more while receiving less. This gym used to set a higher standard, and many long-time members remember when equipment was maintained, the facility was cleaner, and member concerns were taken seriously. I hope ownership listens to the feedback, takes responsibility for the current state of the gym, and invests in restoring the quality and experience that members deserve.

    Pros: *some* new machines
    Cons:
    - new napkins and napkin dispensers are not great. Napkin quality is terrible, quite frankly. They immediately tear once you wipe down equipment.
    - poor maintenance of equipment and facilities:
Hardly any water pressure at the restroom water faucets. No more napkin dispenser available to dry your hands or face in the restroom.
All the stairmasters are orange from the rust and sweat. I informed one of the new employees that the one I was using was creaking and felt unsafe. She did not even bother to go check it.
Used a treadmill today that had missing buttons
    Equipment cushions are torn.
    - Staff that had built significant rapport with customers is no longer present.
Edit: last night my partner encountered three treadmills in a row that were not working correctly
All new employees seem disconnected/careless or not as qualified.
    - I saw how passive-aggressively new management responded to other reviews and I am severely disappointed. I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt, but it’s sad to discover that the rumors that are circulating the gym are true.
New owners do not seem to care one bit about their customers.
The world of fitness is meant for uplifting others. That’s no longer the vibe that this establishment radiates. 😢

I've been going for about a month now. And I have to say. It is a great experience. Plenty of machines. A good amount of room to work out on your own. Or with a partner.

The staff is one of the most amazing parts of the gym. Friendly greetings. Always ready to assist. I would love to shout out one in particular. Jane. She's such an amazing person. Wonderful personality that just boosts your spirits up when you enter and leave the gym in the afternoon. <3

The only downside and thus. Why 4-Stars. Is that although there is plenty of room inside the gym. Parking. Especially after work hours. Can be very troubling. Mainly cause its located in the middle of a populated plaza. With Hard Knoxx right next door.

But that shouldn't stop you. The prices for a membership are fair. Especially if you have a guest package. Overall it's a good experience.

Customer service is the standout feature of this gym. Any negative reviews are likely inaccurate. I have been a member for the past year, and the staff has consistently been exceptional.

However, the gym could improve in terms of ventilation. Certain areas of the gym become excessively hot without the presence of fans or air conditioning.

Another area that requires attention is the pricing structure. If I hire a personal trainer, why should I also pay gym fees? Alternatively, the fees could be reduced. My trainer, Marc, was highly professional and provided excellent service.

The prices for snacks and beverages are also excessive. I can find cheaper options at gas stations, and this is the first gym I have encountered where prices for snacks and drinks are so high.

Agree with the other recent comments. This new ownership is not good. Always filthy. Napkins never full. Considering going to another gym. UPDATED**** To see how tone def the owner is. Instead of owning the issues. They brag about equipment instead of fixing the issues others have commented on. Canceling.
