Dishonest customer service.
My cousin booked services yesterday and paid in full $180 online for class to be held over a month from today. She decided it was best to cancel today. She called and asked for a refund and immediately was told there were no refunds, the call lasted less than 2 minutes. I re-dialed immediately from her phone and said my cousin had just been on the phone and I proceeded to ask about the policy on refunds, I was placed on hold to "look up her policy (CRS's words)" and within 15 minutes she was refunded and sent an invoice as proof (which I asked for).
