Lovely place and wonderful staff. My only issue is that I missed a spay appointment because I mixed up the dates. I received only one reminder 11 days before, which was a phone call, and for such an important appointment with a larger deposit, I wish there had been another reminder closer to the date.
I also didn't receive an email confirmation or reminder like I have for past visits. The only clear date I had was on a paper receipt, which led to some confusion. Without another reminder showing the actual appointment date, I ended up keeping the wrong date in my calendar. Clear email or text reminders with the appointment date would be very helpful.
I have had two of my pets operated on here for spay/neuter. Great care and affordable. Will most certainly come back if I need another pet spayed/neutered. Chipping, shots and other meds also very affordable.
