The staff goes beyond expectations, as seen when RJ on the reception helped a stray cat found near a hotel, even after hours, and successfully reunited her with her owners. The facility is well-maintained, and the staff treats animals with great care, making it a trusted place for pet owners.
After unsatisfactory service from my previous vet, I took my sweet kitty to Boca Chica Animal Hospital and finally got some answers. Dr.Gulley listened to me, presented a plan of treatment, and showed compassion. I could tell how much she cares about our beloved pets. I am switching the care of all my fur babies over to Boca Chica Animal Hospital, and will recommend it to my friends.
I came a couple of weeks ago but it’s been difficult to muster up the energy to write this post but I feel like it’s needed. My dog Suzy had been unwell and we did the best we could with what we had at home especially after her sister had just gotten better and incurred a hefty vet bill elsewhere. Suzy and I were seen as a walk in and right away the Dr knew something was off. She gave me details as to what we could do and the difficult talk of other options. Shout out to RJ on the reception! He was amazing, compassionate, and willing to help me even when nobody could or wanted to. I am not local and found what i thought was a stray cat next to my hotel. A couple of days of useless calls to shelters and rescues, and I was desperately calling vet clinics asking to board the cat and find her a shelter since I had hours before my plane. RJ agreed not only to accept the cat but also to look for a shelter after his work hours! I was deeply touched and relieved that people with such a kind heart work there and go way and beyond!
