the heater repair technician was damon, he arrived promptly and swiftly initiated a diagnostic check with the control panel. he suspected the issue could be with the heating element, and indeed it was. after replacing the starting capacitors, the heater was back up and running, and within a few hours, the temperature in my brownsville home returned to normal. damon is a pleasant individual, professional and efficient. he completed the job in about an hour. i would highly recommend him and brownsville hvac masters.
