Staff is super nice and I like the atmosphere when you enter. Doctor Barrera takes his time and answers questions, which is great. I don't feel rushed like other places. The only thing I did not like was the small waiting area they have. As soon as you walk in, you feel cramped, but overall, I had a great experience getting my eye exam.

The only issue I had was trying to schedule an appointment. I called everyday for a week during regular hours and didn’t get any answer/ couldn’t leave a message. Once I got the appointment everything was great though. Check in was super quick and painless, the wait was super short, staff are very transparent about pricing which is helpful. The eye doctor answered all of my questions and was great. My entire appointment took less than an hour. 10/10 would highly recommend

The staff was phenomenal! I called ahead just to order contacts, as a new patient/customer. When I walked in, they were able to get me processed and verified with insurance while I waited for unscheduled eye exam. The wait to be seen was very short, just minutes. The tech who examined my eyes made the experience very easy. She also put in a lot of effort to give me a variety of sample contact lenses to try for my eyes before I place an order. The front desk staff were very helpful and courteous as well.
