I had one of the best eye appointment ever. From their receptionist who greeted me friendly. Nurse and Dr were exceptional. Once I checked out Ms. Janie was very helpful with questions I had. Optical above amd beyond picked up my glasses and loved them .. I highly recommend you come here.
Hey guys, today was my first time going to this eye center and I had a really good experience with the staff there! I went to go pick out some new glasses and the whole visit was about 20 minutes for less; the young lady that helped me was really easy to work with and she made the whole process quick and easy, I will be returning to this eye center!
1000/10 for the doctor he was amazing at explaining and service was excellent.
The older lady that charges was super rude, i had called last week she answered and sounded like she was in a bad mood and needed me to get off the phone. When i was about to pay she just charged me the amount and said nothing else i asked what i was paying for she gave me an attitude saying i had to pay for the exam. I want to say i only asked what i was paying for i never disputed the amount or anything i just wanted to know what it was for or a breakdown of how much was what.
