Alliance Cutz is a barbershop known for fixing botched haircuts and providing exceptional service. The manager and a stylist went above and beyond to rectify a child's unsatisfactory haircut from another business, also skillfully attending to a parent's haircut with outstanding results. Another customer had a great experience, getting a quick haircut during a lunch break right away. The shop offers a very nice place with good music and amazing customer service, where all barbers are very skilled. One person visited for a beard trimming after a referral from a gym acquaintance, loving the new look. Another customer, who had gone elsewhere for years, now returns regularly to Victor for a great fade, praising the flexible hours.
At the salon, my child received a haircut from a new stylist, which I found unsatisfactory. However, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the manager, Jose, and stylist, Brian. They promptly addressed my concerns and went above and beyond to ensure my son's haircut was rectified to perfection. Moreover, Brian skillfully attended to my own haircut, delivering outstanding results despite my difficulty in articulating my preferences. Their professionalism, dedication, and commitment to exceeding customer expectations left a lasting impression on me. I am delighted with their service and will certainly be returning for future visits.

I asked if they had quick haircut during my lunch break and he called me back to say yes they were waiting for me to get a haircut at the shop and went got my haircut right away

I had been getting my haircuts at another local barbershop for many years. I decided to try Alliance Cutz one day since their hours of operation are very flexible with my schedule. Victor did a great job with my fade and now it's the third time I cut it here with him. I'll be telling family and friends about this place!
