Action Air installed new 3 ton units for us 3 years ago. Great installation, haven't had a problem since. They even dug up and corrected the old slab that the condenser was setting on. Plan on using them for the next upgrade.

Punctual and Honest, couldn't be happier. I bought a new unit from them about 4 years ago. It stopped blowing cold air recently and I called them for repair. They were out in 2 days and found it to be the capacitor. I tell you this because my wife was so happy to get AC he could have charged me Anything however the Capacitor was under warranty and it only cost me a Service Call,,,$65,,,fixed in 15 minutes,,, Happy Wife Happy Life,,,Honesty goes a very long way with me and I won't hesitate to call them again if needed.

I'd rate them 5 stars if they would just take my money. But they don't seem to want to do that. For emergency repairs the company is fantastic, they're same-day service and super reasonable on repair prices both parts and labor. I've sent them two emails and called them requesting a quote on a new HVAC system. I've been literally begging them to take my money because I also asked the repair people to give me a quote. They said to call the office. They won't. When I called the office they said I had to send an email - I sent a second email. No one replied. If you need service they're fantastic. Given how reasonable the service prices are I can't imagine they wouldn't want...read full review
