They are the sweetest people you will ever meet! They were the only AC place in town to tell me what was actually wrong with my unit. I ended up having to purchase a new one bc the old one was done. When I finally got the funds I called Mike last Friday and he was on it was at my house first thing Monday! Quick and reliable. I'm so apprecive for everything! Now bring on the heat bc I have AC again!!

You helped us a couple of years ago during an installation, and now this time when our 5yr warranty failed in 2 yrs. You did so much for us, contacting the manufacturer, getting the replacement parts in and then getting us comfortable again. We are very grateful you are here nearby. I was extremely pleased with the whole house installation we received with both a conventional HVAC system with all brand new ducts and a Split system with two inside units. This was a very complicated and difficult installation to both plan and execute and Michael, the owner was there to help us plan and guide his team’s installation when required. We received a very competitive price and great service with a smile even when we were working through the difficult parts. If you have a big or complicated system I highly recommend Palady Air.
