I need to replace the AC unit and I contacted Loftis Heating&AC.
Next day they send 3 guys Tyson, Lupe and Willie. Very professional, very polite and they did a great job! Also they work very clean👍
We’ve utilized Loftis for years anytime we’ve had HVAC needs. They always exceed our expectations with professionalism and timeliness. In 2024 we replaced our entire HVAC system and Loftis was fair and made the experience enjoyable. We can’t recommend them enough.
I called because my AC drain was plugged up & leaking water. Service was prompt which I appreciate & Tyson did a good job. He installed a switch in the line so I can turn the line off if it starts leaking again so that was extra money of course. I did pay more for this service altogether than I have other times when I had this same problem so the cost was significantly higher than I paid last time but he did check Freon levels which I do not think the other company did so overall I’m satisfied with the service & will use them again.
