My house systems were old, quoted earlier in the year with many companies. After two months research and after meeting with many of the companies that provided quotes, I decided to purchase the equipment and have it installed by AirBourne AC. The technicians doing the installation were very professional, the follow-up impecable. David provided an excellent service, was very patient explaining all of my questions, inquires (and clarifying my research questions). Very pleased with the work done. A very reliable, very speedy and trustworthy company. The gentleman who serviced my Air Conditioner (needed a capacitor to be replaced) was called Jaime and he arrived on time, immediately diagnosed the issue, had the part in his vehicle and was done in mere minutes. Great experience with a focus on customer service! Owner installed our unit 10 years ago and has given great service then and every year since. We just had a compressor overheat on a Saturday night and I called and they scheduled a next day Sunday service call at a great price, and the owner followed up with a call shortly later to see how things were going. In this case it was a simple compressor reset after a power surge and it started back up the second time so I canceled the service call, but knowing they were willing to jump in a help in the 100 degree heat on a Saturday evening is top notch.
