I have had to call on this company twice and they provided top notch service both times. This time, the technician was Nate. Nate was prompt, super knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He explained the issue in plain language, showed me what he was doing, and took care of the filter change without any hassle (even though he had no obligations whatsoever to change my filters out for me). He was professional, respectful, and made the whole visit really smooth. I really appreciated his help and would absolutely recommend Nate and MKC!
My ac wasnt blowing any cold air and Nate quickly figured out that the capacitator needed to be replaced. He got that fixed and checked out another issue for me and checked in regularly and explained everything. 10/10 would recommend.
One of our two HVAC systems was rapidly breaking down in the summer of 2026. Knowing a full system replacement would be very costly.
