This family owned business is remarkable in all levels of RV repair, customer service and overall commitment to the RV community. Robert was most helpful in explaining over the phone a surge protector issue I was having on the weekend and while traveling outside of Texas. I had originally used First Choice after purchasing a used RV and having them perform an orientation and making several recommendations. Very thorough and professional in every way.
Love the communication and attention to details. Hot water heater and A/C went out at the same time. They even worked with my extended warranty to get replacement covered. Knowledgable family owned business.
I contacted them on upgrading my air-conditioning units and they were very polite on the phone. They came out, took a look at what I had gave me an estimate same day. They told me how long it would take to get the parts in so I ordered the parts with them. We selected installation date and they were right on time Very thorough in the installation communication was fantastic all the way. I would highly recommend Robert and Tammy and their entire staff to work on any of my RVs It was a pleasure doing business with them thank you so much.
