Top Nails is a nail care business located in Washington County that has been family-owned and operated since 2002. They specialize in services such as manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, waxing, tattooing, and skin care. The staff is known for their friendliness and concern for their clients, as demonstrated by their regular check-ins with clients and welcoming environment.
Many clients praise the salon for their excellent service. One customer shared that she has been coming to Top Nails since the summer after a stranger recommended it, and she recently had her nails done by Jenny. She was very happy with her shorter almond shape red nails, noting that Jenny’s customer service was amazing and that she plans to return just for her. Another client enjoyed a pedicure with shellac by a friendly gentleman, describing the experience as great.
A different customer highlighted the salon’s ability to fix previous work during a polish change and to make crooked fingers due to arthritis look gorgeous, which she appreciated as the first time any salon had done it correctly. Additionally, a customer who recently moved to Brenham mentioned that her experience was wonderful, with perfect nails and toes, though she noted the cost was higher than usual at $115, leaving little room for tipping, but she still left an extra tip.
Overall, Top Nails prioritizes client satisfaction by providing quality services and making clients feel special. They offer competitive prices and aim to create a friendly, welcoming environment to ensure every visit is positive.
If you’re getting your feet done, do not let the older lady do them. If you’re getting your hands done, literally the first 3 nail techs (man and 2 ladies next to him) are the ones that will do an amazing job. I can’t say how many time the man which I’m assuming is the owner has had to fix what someone else has done or started.
I went there as an emergency stop. My regular shop was closed, my back up shop was booked, and my 2nd backup was closed.
I had to find another place. I found this place who took walk-ins. They did. BEAUTIFUL job on my nails!
I brought them a picture of what I wanted, as I am getting ready to graduate from Texas Tech, and wanted something fun and different
While not exactly the same, it still looks great!
I recently went to another nail salon for a pedicure and wax as a client of Jenny (nail tech) and the other techs for pedicures, I had the most disappointing results across the street with less service for the price I paid. Top Nail has never disappointed me with the job they did and surprisingly they are the best priced!!!
