My first session with Alisa was great. I am just back from a 6,000 mile roadtrip, and no surprise, my left leg was locked up in serious pain - maybe starting with sciatic nerve, but everything jumped into the party: hamstring, glutes, quad, calf. After one hour that included deep massage, heated gua sha for the fascia, and PEMF electric treatment to help release all those muscles, I felt great. Slept like a baby for the first time in weeks. I’ll be a regular from now on!
Alisa is absolutely the most wonderful, caring, intelligent massage therapist you will find There are not enough GOOD words that I or my husband can say about her! You will Definitely feel better after you get a massage from her
