I went to this salon for a bridal hair trial and had a very disappointing experience. I showed the stylist clear photos of how I wanted my hairstyle, but her attitude throughout the appointment was very rude and unprofessional. She kept stepping away whenever I tried to show her the pictures and responded in a dismissive way, even saying that “anyone could do it,” which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected as a client.
When I tried to explain how I wanted my hairstyle and veil placement, I was told it “couldn’t be done” without any real explanation or alternatives offered. I later spoke to the owner, but the situation was not handled seriously, and my concerns were not addressed properly.
I have also heard similar comments from other people about the staff’s attitude. I would not recommend this place for important events like weddings, as customer service and professionalism were not up to standard.

I usally go here to get my hair done and its amazing and the staff is usually nice. But this time I went here for a late 16th birthday haircut and expected something close to what I wanted, which was a bit of a mix of a mullet and pixie, but also a bit of a shag. I got a layered bob. And the barber who did my hair was very rude and didnt seem to care whatsoever about me when I was trying my best to be respectful.

Requested style: Pixie cut, always leave top little longer and my hair lays perfectly and grows back perfectly.
Stylist: Adriana is the best stylist for my hair. I always leave happy with the perfect haircut! Adriana is my favorite!!

Absolutely over priced for coloring a man's hair who is practically bald he doesn't have but very little hair it was $70.00 for dyeing a mans hair who basically has 1/3 of his hair left on his head with a big bald spot on top and $21.00 to trim his hair. And wax his eyebrows 11.00 Total was 102.00 .It's absolutely wrong to charge someone specially a senior citizen who has very little hair on his head. that much And Hong the owner tried to tell me the cost of the hair color well she gets it wholesale because she buys it in bulk .This is wrong tht these foreigners come in open up business and take advantage of Texans specially senior citizens.

I have never done this before but I'm really curious who sets the prices per haircut. I paid $40 last week for a cut and blow dry. I didn't question them, but the more I think about it, I think that the prices should be posted where you sign in I paid the $40 and left the lady a $10 tip and I got home and my hair looks NOTHING like the picture that I took in. For $40 maybe they should at least try to style it before you leave

I love getting my hair cut here!! Julie truly does do a fantastic job and is especially knowledgeable on curly hair. I am always skeptical of getting my hair cut; however, I have complete confidence that she will do a wonderful job. They are experts and listen to details or requests. The staff and management are welcoming and kind. I would definitely recommend going here!!

Went to fantastic Sam’s to get a cut and this is what the owner did to my hair. Got home and straightened it myself and this is what it looked like. Went in to ask for refund and the owner said she would cut my hair more but not refund the money.

Horrible racist experience today. Called to see if Selene was available for shampoo blow dry. Manager said yes.. HOWEVER when I arrived she rudely said no shes busy.and pushed Me off on someone else. .. to save face the manager had Selene shampooher hair. I saw right thru that one.. Needless to say I wont be back!!
