What I will tell you however the plumber JIMMY that was sent to my home by your company is the first that has showed integrity with his work.
We had Plumb level ,and with what JIMMY found they did not do what they told us they did. It is no way.
We are 70 yrs old, and it use to be about the customer satisfaction, but now its all about money, and people be dammed. However JIMMY showed us their are people that still care about their perfession and the people satisfaction. Because I will NEVER call Plumb Level again nor will I recommend them. Life is hard enough as it is for the older generation living on fixed income and living with the fear of being ripped off by companies. If you tell me you are doing something I don't know because I am not a plumber nor am I doing the work. I have to beleive what you say. So thank you for hiring people with integrity.
