I engaged this company to assist with care for a family member. We ultimately did not need home health services, but I was very impressed with my conversations with Kristie. Every time I called, she answered, with the exception of one time, and that time she called me right back. She was very patient in answering all of our questions and understanding as we dealt with the unknowns of our situation. Even when it was unclear whether we would need home health services or move forward with their company, she lined up workers so they would be ready to go if needed. I cannot speak for the company beyond my interactions with Kristie, but she absolutely deserves five stars.
Clear Path cared for my mother for nearly 5 years, 24/7 for almost 3 of those years. They made it possible for her to stay in her home and enjoy her life to the fullest extent possible. With their loving care and encouragement, my mother remained active and vibrant during her last years. Clear Path management, Tammy Boyd in particular, was always accessible and responsive to our evolving needs in caring for our mother. I would trust them with the care of my loved ones if I were ever in that position again.
Clear Path is Very Caring in showing Kindness and Concern for My Fathers wellbeing. The Care Taker that we have is Just Like One of the Family. The Office will make contact with me on any change in plans or concerns. Clear Path has done an Excellent Job of placing a Care Taker to My Father's needs. The Communications with Clear Path are Outstanding.
