My mother in law passed and the day after our water well pump went out. We called and we were quoted $1250. On the day they were supposed to come out, we found out that we were misquoted and it would actually be $2000. Upon their arrival they treated us with care and replaced the pipes and pump but the price went up to $2858.80. We payed half that day and half at the end of the month. We were happy to have water again. Only downfall is that our kitchen water pressure is not the same and our back toilet does not work correctly. Thank you for helping us ! I have worked with Goolsby Water Well for years and I have always been satisfied. I worked with Raymond this time and his customer service was terrific. He led me through the process and never once was I not sure about the status or path forward.
